Ashtanga Remix

Start your morning with Ashtanga with a twist! This class will re-energize your mind, body and soul, keep you connected with the quality of your breath while adding in a little mix of sugar and spice! We begin with a mantra as we start warming up with a linear flow while working into more of our challenging poses. Gift yourself this new and exciting remix to start your day in an uplifting positive way!

Hot Power + Flow

This incredible hot + humid class is to encourage movement, balance, strength and sweating, which is wonderful to help detoxify the body, as well as improve flexibility, boost stamina, improve overall fitness, burn calories, relieve stress and increase circulation.

Extreme + Pilates

The workout is done on state-of-the-art Proformers, which provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than a traditional reformer. The machine allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another while increasing the heart rate and getting the blood pumping. The Proformer attacks each and every muscle in a concentrated and focused manner to sculpt strong, powerful and lean bodies in a safe and measured way.

This is the most popular class creating a strenuous, complete total-body workout. We recommend taking Extreme 3 to 4 times a week with rest days in between. While it’s not required, we encourage taking a one on one Essential Extreme session if it’s your first time trying. *Please arrive 10 minutes early to this class so your instructor can demonstrate how to use the equipment!

Vinyasa + Heated Flow

Enter your ultimate paradigm during this creative flow of postures that seamlessly moves from one pose to the next connecting breath and movement. This class is heated to 90 degrees with 40-50% humidity. This offers many benefits including increasing lung capacity, detoxifying the lymphatic system and improves overall focus.

Elevate + Yoga Flow

Elevate your paradigm by taking this powerful form of yoga where you fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting movements with breath. Elevate + Yoga Flow is taught in our warm room, which makes it an invigorating practice integrating strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and as well as mental stamina in one.

Power + Fun Flow

Power + Fun Flow is a powerful form of yoga where yogis fluidly move from one pose to the next while having fun connecting their movements to their breathing. Power + Fun Flow is taught in our heated room, this invigorating practice collectively integrating strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, as well as mental stamina in one.

Barefoot Bootcamp

This is an all-levels class giving you a full-body workout that will burn calories, build muscle, and break a good sweat!

Each instructor brings their own “Paradigm” of teaching to ensure that you are challenging yourself.

This class consists of the utilization of traditional and not so traditional exercises combined with high intensity interval training. Our Barefoot Bootcamp class is designed to introduce functional movement training and weight-bearing exercises to help you spend the hour finding your 100% maximal effort, no matter where you start from! Modifications are always available to you for whatever level you are joining us.

Vin + Yin Reset

A magnificent combination of both our Vinyasa and Yin classes helping you to reach your ultimate paradigm.

It’s the best of both classes tied into one hour!

Simply Sunday Yoga

Simply Sunday Yoga class is a beautiful class that keeps things simple . . coming back to the essentials and foundations of Yoga. Recommended for any beginner of yoga or anyone who wants to increase flexibility, strengthen and balance your mind, body and soul.

Relax + Yin

Relax and Yin truly *invites the body to let go of held stress and tension in both the physical body and the mind*. This class is in a warm inviting space that allows you to let go of everything and truly relax.

If you spend most of your day in a more yang, or active, state, a Yin practice can help to ground your energy and promote more rejuvenating relaxation.

Happy Hour at the Barre

Getting HAPPY with us at the BARRE! You donโ€™t need to be a ballerina to workout at the barre. Our HAPPY Barre class is a 50-minute, *low impact*, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. Instructors bring the heat with their fun, upbeat playlists and are sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, *toned* and of course HAPPY! ๐Ÿ™‚

Kids Yoga

This class is thoughtfully curated for children ages 6-12 and incorporates yoga poses, breath work and mindfulness activities through creative play, games and fun activities. This will help children with developing strength, flexibility, confidence, focus and relaxation.

Pilates Stretch + Flow

 

 

This lovely class offers pilates plus sweet stretching in a beautiful slow flow creating a feeling of lengthening, opening and expansion in all areas of your body and mind and soul.

A nice class to compliment any of our extremes.

Seasonal Flow + Sound Bath

Flow through the seasons with ease and grace with Kristin, our Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor. She carefully crafts her classes to align with each season.

Your practice will shift throughout the year, with the appropriate yoga postures, breath work, and meditation practices to keep you balanced. You can expect to feel warm & grounded during Fall/Winter, bright & uplifted during Spring, and cool, calm & collected during Summer.
